We specialize in diagnostic testing — blower door, duct blaster, combustion appliance zone testing, thermal imaging, and appliance assessment — for residential homes throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.
We work with homeowners directly and as an auditing partner for insulation, HVAC, and weatherization contractors throughout the region. Our clients include people going through the Michigan Home Energy Rebates (MiHER) program, private homeowners who want an honest assessment of their home, and trade contractors who need independent pre- and post-installation testing.
